Abacus Property have an excellent Web Site Promotion package that gets Top Ten Listings. That means that if you advertise on our website you can access these Top Ten Listings with us. We have different levels of advertising and you could advertise with us for as little as £25 a year.
Priority Advert – Home Page

You can place an advert on our home page for £40 per month. There is an initial set up fee of £50. This includes the time for design of the advert, limited to 2 hours. If you book a 6 month block advert and pay in advance we will waive the set up fee.
Where the artwork takes more than 2 hours to complete you will be charged an additional hourly rate of £50.
Adverts on additional pages may be purchased at £10 per page per month.
Sponsored Adverts and Listings will be limited to pages accessed directly from our navigation menu. You will not be allowed to advertise on a web page sponsored by another client.

We will provide you with a link from our home page direct to your Classified Listing. This will be for a fee of £15 per month and an initial set up fee of £40. The set up fee includes a 12 month Classified Listing. If you book a 12 month block advert, and pay in advance, we will waive the set up fee.
The options available for the Classified Listing will be available to the Priority Listing at the same fees.

We will give you a listing on our Classified Advert page for £25. The advert will include the business name, address and contact number(s) with a brief description of your services. The advert will remain live for 12 months.
Classified Listing With Web Link
We will give you a listing on our Classified Advert page for £25. The advert will include the business name, address and contact number(s) with a brief description of your services. The advert will remain live for 12 months.
Additionally we will add a link to your website for a further £25.
Alternatively we will design one web page for you under the abacus property domain. This will then be linked to your Classified Listing for a further Fee of £50 per year. This is an Introductory Rate.
Once the page has been designed and approved by you, you will be entitled to one free amendment per year. Additional amendments will be charged at an hourly rate of £100 per hour and allocated in 15 minute time slots.
Annually thereafter the page will be reviewed and amended.
