CREDIT CRUNCH BUSTING 8% PARTIAL TENANCY MANAGEMENT RATE
At Abacus Property we realise that Landlords are being squeezed financially as the Recession continues to bite! If it’s not the Tenant it’s the Banks!
With this in mind we have developed a new package for Landlords to help through difficult times. This package is Partial Tenancy Management. Under this Management Agreement the Landlord has additional responsibilities that will involve dealing with the Tenant themselves. We have only included the bare minimal activities that an Agent will do.
Partial Tenancy Management
The Partial Tenancy Management Package can be taken up with the Tenancy Set Up and Tenant Finding Services. This would suit Landlords who still wish to manage their property themselves but are unsure of the legal process. With Partial Property Management, Abacus Property will take care of the following:
- Independent Deposit Holding Service
- Collection of Rent & Transfer of Balance
- Preparation & Distribution of Rent Statements
Deduction of Bills from Rent - Reminder of Legal Certification Renewal
- Advising Changes in Law Affecting Your Tenancies
Additionally you can take advantage of using our cost effective Property Maintenance Services. We will deduct the cost from the next rent for the required property.
Our Full Tenancy Management package offers a higher level of support for Landlords in the management of their Tenancy. Taking this option may prove less stressful for the Landlord.
If you choose to start out on the Partial Tenancy Management deal and you find that you would rather have Full Tenancy Management we will allow you to upgrade if required.
