Accredation Is Changing

Due to the success of the Edinburgh Landlord Accredation Pilot Scheme a new national program is being rolled out across Scotlands. Abacus Property is committed to maintaining high standards within the Private Rental Sector and has applied for the National Accredation.

The national scheme is to operate in the same manner as The Edinburgh Landlord Accredation Scheme. Its still early days for the national programme and we expect that both schemes will operate hand inhand until the national scheme is established.
