Tenant Of The Year Award

The ‘Tenant Of The Year’ will be nominated by their Property Manager. We are currently looking at nominations and will announce the winner in the next two weeks.

The person selected will be someone who has been a model Tenant over the past 6 -12 months. We will be looking at a variety of criteria including paying rent on time, number of complaints, how they have dealt with maintenance issues and how they have worked in partnership with Abacus Property.

Once we have decided on the winner we will write a feature on them and tell you why that person has been selected.

The winner will receive an Award Certificate and gift in recognition of their support to Abacus Property.

Contractor Of The Year

The ‘Contractor Of The Year’ will be nominated by the Maintenance Staff at Abacus Property. The nominations are in and we will announce the winner in the next two weeks.

The Contractor selected will be someone who has been a model Contractor over the past 6 -12 months. We will be looking at a variety of criteria including reliability, flexability, standard of service and care towards Tenants and Staff, number of complaints and how they have worked in partnership with Abacus Property.

Once we have decided on the winner we will write a feature on them and tell you why that Contractor has been selected.

The winner will receive an Award Certificate and gift in recognition of their support to Abacus Property.

Edinburgh Landlord Day - A Big Thanks

A big thanks to Letwise for hosting the day. We really enjoyed it.
