Landlord Referral
If you refer a new Landlord to us we will give you £50 cash, paid cheque or bank transfer.
We will pay this Referral Bonus on the condition that the Landlord you refer appoints Abacus Property as Property Manager on a ‘Full Tenancy Management’ contract. That means that we must be instructed by the Landlord to manage the Tenancy on a full time basis.
You must also ensure that you provide us with evidence of the referral. That means either you provide us with the Landlord details and we contact them on your behalf or the Landlord identifies you as the person who referred them to Abacus Property.
Any Tenant Referred to Abacus Property must satisfy the vetting criteria that Abacus Property applies to all Tenants.
If you refer a Tenant to us and we offer them a Tenancy we will give you £25 upon conclusion of that Tenancy Agreement. That means if you refer a Tenant to us and we offer them a Tenancy that they accept, upon completion of the signing of the Tenancy Agreement we will pay you £25 by cheque or Bank Transfer.
